A warm welcome

Welcome to this new space, both to myself and to you.

I am planning to fill these pages with my own, and other clever people’s, thoughts about food, with ideas for fizzy fermentation and strange juices and with inspiration on how to live a life just a little bit closer to the ground. However, as I am preparing for a trip across the equator in the very near future, I will let my ideas simmer until my return.

In the meantime wrap up nicely and be kind to each other and I shall see you come spring.
